"It's About My Interests"

Painting is not just for the profession but can be an interest. I suppose that my love for paintings originates with and is strongly connected to the love of my father, who was a Calligrapher. Painting is a feast for the senses. Surely, the most obvious is that the infinite shades of colors of paints are stimulating. There is much to painting than the colors. The most dynamic and most mysterious aspect of painting is the creative process to produce a work. The ability to visualize and reproduce ideas in the mind onto the canvas. It sounds much simpler in words than it is in practice.

After my interest in painting was sparked by my father, I continued my passion for painting in art school, where I studied the history, designing, theory, and techniques formally. As I grew as an artist, I felt painting take over my mind and my thoughts, as well as my days. Art became my outlet, my relaxation, and finally, my means of discovering myself. Just as I used art as my outlet and escape, I wanted to help others use art to overcome their problems.

So pick up that pencil, that paintbrush, that pastel, and let art take you where it will. Explore and experiment, do something different, push your boundaries! Art is a way to grow as a person, so take advantage!
